RETURN TERMS

You can return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns are not accepted for international orders, except for faulty products. The products you want to return must be unused, unwashed, unscratched, unstained and have not lost their resaleability feature. It is possible to change color or size for the product you receive. Due to the limited stock of the products sold and the handmade production of the products, the exchange process is completed depending on the stock status. The entire price of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card by Pakra within 10 days.

If the products you send are not within the scope of return, no refund will be made and the shipping fee will not be covered by Pakra.
